Our services extend to advertising the jobs available, coordinating the response, conducting preliminary interviews and short-listing of candidates for final interviews by our principals. In addition, all facilities are provided within our premises for written tests and all necessary formalities. We have a separate office within the premises to conduct interviews in a professional manner.
AAI begins prospecting candidates soon after receiving a job order from the client. First and foremost, we go through computerized data bank to ensure and search for the best candidates. Secondly, communicate through our Island wide search network and place an advertisement in leading newspapers.
Our SENIOR STAFF or TECHNICAL INTERVIEWER is tasked with the responsibility of pre- screening candidates to come up with a shortlist of the most qualified applicants who will then be endorsed to the clients for interview and approval.
At this stage, the client shall be requested to send their representative to Sri Lanka to conduct the final interview. We can also send the CVs of the most qualified candidates direct to the client if the first option is not feasible. What sets AAI apart from other employment agencies is that we conduct our own set of rigorous trade tests over and above those conducted by the government to give our clients a first-rate selection of the best candidates for their job requirements.
